Biography
Karina Ortega is a second-year MFA student from Anthony, New Mexico. She received her BA in Theatre Arts from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM. After graduating in 2019, she interned at The Hippodrome Theatre in Gainesville, Florida as an Assistant Stage Manager. UC San Diego credits: Hells Canyon, Men on Boats (ASM). Selected credits include: 2019-2020 season at The Hippodrome Theatre, Othello: The Remix (Scaffolding Theatre Co.), RENT, and My Fair Lady (American Southwest Theatre Company).
