RENEWING Season Subscribers
Renewal Order Forms are sent to last year’s Season Subscribers either as an enclosure with the season brochure or as a separate mailing. Renewing subscribers have the choice of keeping their same reserved seats in the Mandell Weiss Theatre and in the Mandell Weiss Forum. They may also choose to change their seats in consultation with the box office to determine what alternate seats are available to them in these venues.
For UC San Diego Theatre and Dance Department productions, seating in the Sheila & Hughes Potiker Theatre is open seating. The numbers on the tickets for the Potiker Theatre productions are NOT seat numbers. Early arrival at these venues is the best option for securing the seats you want.
Your deadline this year for returning your Renewal Order Form is Tuesday, October 20th at 6:00 pm in order to retain your Weiss and Forum reserved seats from the previous year. If you have not received your Renewal Order Form by October 5th, please call the UC San Diego Theatre District Box Office at 858/534-4574 between 12 noon and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You can also renew your subscription by calling the box office directly during those hours.
