Detailed Information Regarding Season Subscription Orders
RENEWING Season Subscribers
Renewal Invoices are being sent to last season’s Season Subscribers. Renewing subscribers have the choice of keeping their same reserved seats in the Mandell Weiss Theatre and in the Mandell Weiss Forum. They may also choose to change their seats in consultation with the box office to determine what alternate seats are available to them in these venues.
Seating in the Sheila & Hughes Potiker Theatre and in the Mandell Weiss Forum STUDIO is Open Seating. The numbers on the tickets for the Potiker Theatre productions are NOT seat numbers. Early arrival at these venues is the best option for securing the seats you want.
Your deadline this year for returning your Renewal Invoice is Monday, October 15th at 6:00 pm in order for your to retain your Weiss and Forum reserved seats from the previous year. If you have not received your Renewal Invoice enclosed in your Season Brochure by September 21st, please call the UCSD Theatre District Box Office at 858/534-4574 between 12 noon and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. |
NEW Season Subscribers

If you were not a Season Subscriber last season or have never been a Season Subscriber, you are classified as a “NEW” Season Subscriber. After all orders for the Renewing Season Subscribers have been filled – this year that would be by October 17th – new Season Subscriptions are filled on a first-come, first-serve, best available seating basis. Receipt of your order form automatically queues you for the best available seating. CLICK here to download a copy of the Order Form.
