JJeff Augustin is a third year MFA Playwriting Candidate. His play Cry Old Kingdom
received its world premiere at the 2013 Humana Festival of New American Plays. His work has been developed at the Eugene O'Neill National Playwright's Conference (Little Children Dream of God); Berkeley Repertory Theatre’s Ground Floor (Krik? Krak! or The Last Tiger in Haiti); and A.C.T. in San Francisco (in the crowding darkness). Jeff’s play The Imaginary Life of Millo St. Jean was developed and produced by Snapdragon in New York. He is the winner of the 2011 Lorraine Hansberry Playwriting Award. Jeff graduated from Boston College with a BA in Theatre Arts. He is a member of the Dramatists Guild.
